At the METAL 2015 conference Mrs. Węgrzynkiewicz will deliver the invited lecture "The Problem with the Zinc Coaging Deversification of the Hot Dip Galvanized Steel" at the thematic session D - Modern Trends in Surface Engineering.

Research Interest:

Research interests concern the process of hot dip galvanizing:

the influence of preparation of the surface layer of steel on the nature of the Zn coating and its corrosion resistance,
selection of metallic coatings in respect of their corrosion resistance and resistance to bacteria medical equipment,
the application of innovative solutions from the field of the material science and medicine to the inside of modern ambulances.

Publication Activity:
She published as author and co-author more than 30 original scientific works published in journals and conference proceedings.
