Conference Fee

Authors of papers and posters 270 EUR
Other participants and co-authors 320 EUR
Ph.D. students (daily study) with paper/poster 170 EUR
Other Ph.D. students (daily study) 190 EUR
Publication of paper on CD*
* without attendance and sending the article to the Thomson Reuters / Elsevier
 150 EUR
Official letter of invitation
 		 20 EUR

 

The price includes VAT, organization costs, accompanying programme, Proceedings of abstracts (incl. CD), catering, coffee breakes, social evening, Beer party. The fee can be paid by card within the conference system or by wire transfer. Confirmation of payment will be sent via e-mail after payment reception. Final invoice will be sent to the billing e-mail address stated in the conference system. In case of the absence at the conference, the fee is non-refundable, the Proceedings of abstracts will be sent to the author.
